Can your Trade partners access business specific support?

Yes. Samsung have a business microsite that your trade partners can access. Including finding options for Support, Chat Functions and other useful content.

I need to escalate and existing issue with the Samsung support team or on behalf of a customer. How can I do this?

What Warranty comes with each Samsung product?

Samsung products come with a variety of warranty lengths. Every product ranged with Howdens will have a minimum 2 year warranty. However, in many cases these can be extended to 5 years by the consumer. How does a customer register for their extended warranty?

Are there any limitations to Samsung warranties within a commercial operation?

Terms of the warranty will be applied by Samsung at its discretion. In particular, please be aware that the use of products intended for domestic use only in a commercial or business environment may breach the terms and conditions of our warranty and void the warranty entitlement. How do I order spare parts?

What additional support and guidance do Samsung offer the customer within the early life of their product?

During early life of ownership, Samsung understands that customer may need a different approach to support. For this reason Samsung place a large emphasis on ensuring the customer has all the guidance they need in these important early days.  Samsung will therefore provide an onsite brand specialist if required, to help educate on products, deal with installation issues and keep products in homes.
